I can't seem to login. Whats going on?
There are two different places to log in, your billing account and your Cart66 management console.
Cart66 billing account
All Cart66 customers have a billing account including Cart66 Classic customers. This is the account where you manage your payment information and renew your support license if you are a Cart66 Classic customer.
Cart66 Management Console
If you are using Cart66 you will have access to a management console where you manage your products and store settings in the secure cloud. Cart66 Classic customers will not have a management console because Cart66 Classic does not include in cloud based features.
